yest i asked serene to pick me up to go polyclinic
wasn't feeling very well, restless, breathless and giddy, no energy at all
so she came pick me up ard 1.30 and sent me to geylang bahru, she accompanied me for lunch first and registration, bt halfway during registration, she left to do her work and come back pick me up later.
the doc i saw sucks xia, think she's from ireland, so attitude lor
walau felt like slapping her...
anyway she put me back to use inhaler again, something which i dun like
thn had my blood taken for thyroid checkup coz i kept having fast heart beat and shorter sleeping hrs recently
thn head to the asthma control station, and they handed me some form below


to fill up daily, circle whn i have asthma symptom in the day, box when i have it at night and X when i use the reliever
so these few days is gona mark all


this form is so colourful, with stickers & highlighter
is bascially telling you to use what inhaler whn u are well, caution or danger zone

the nurses in the asthma room is so much better than the doc, one even ask me to take care when i leave =) so sweet

so i have to wait 2 weeks for my blood test and to review back on my asthma
whn i met up with serene later, i kept complaining abt the doc
ARGH... i hate her... dun let me see her next visit...

i think the med made me alot better coz i had wanton mee & carrot cake for lunch today, hehehe

as my camera had already died before Disney fireworks, so only left Jin's camera to take photo for dinner, actually hers also low batt when we reached dinner place, thn when we wanted to take pic with the food, we pass the camera to the staff there, Jin's camera LCD gt a big spot, which is abit hard to ignore, so the staff was like asking us why got the big spot there, thn we was thinking faster take pic leh, wana low batt liao leh, walau still talk rubbish to us, thn while he was talking, he said no image already, walau... the camera died... ARGH...
if he had not ask us why the camera like that, we would have taken the pic liao lor, thn we both totally was like ""-_-""
so angry man.. haiz... we just took too much photo at Disney liao

Day 2 morning is spent in Citygate and afternoon head to Disney land, very lazy to blog Disney coz tons of photo, might blog in another entry. as of now i wana blog day 2 dinner

Day 2 dinner

after Disneyland, me & Jin head to Tsing Yi for dinner, the road to this place is damn long & 曲折

firstly, whn we change train from Disney, we rode the wrong side, went back to Tung Chung (Citygate) instead of Tsing Yi, LOL, we are not the only one riding the wrong way, lol
when we reach Tsing Yi, we try to find the bus terminal, went wrong way again... haiz...

so finally after asking some people we manage to find the terminal, which is after exit from train station turn right, we turn left and started walking to duno where, lol

so after manage to find the terminal, we search for mini bus 308M, ask the driver, let him see my printout and he said going to eat 燒鵝? then i was like "hai ya hai ya" he asked us to board the bus, thn there were no more double seat, so me in front & Jin at the back, awhile later when the bus is full, it's time to go.

the journey took around 20mins, is quite long, but the scenery is really very nice, coz u can see Tsing Yi bridge and the lighting makes it soooo nice, too bad my camera battery died at Disney, if not i sure take alot of photo too. =(

the bus driver is nice to tell us where to stop, so friendly, actually hongkie can be quite friendly =D

so after alight, we cross the street and walk alittle further up, walk to the carpark and cross a small bridge to get to the restaurant (abit dark here, scary, lol)

thn finally reached and we got a seat upstairs, it was 9+ when we reached lor, hungry.

abit duno what to order, so ask uncle for advise, thn we ordered 燒鵝 for 2 and a toufu, portion is big enough for both of us, it's really nice man, yummy...

the bill came up to HKD158 which is SGD 30, is cheap lor, the 燒鵝 is HKD80 which is SGD15

then we ask the uncle where to take bus to Jordan, so he told us to go out the main road and take the red mini bus, thn tell the driver YMCA, so we did as told, though abit nt confident, lol

lucky there was an old lady thn i asked her whether is this the bus stop to wait for Jordan bus and she said yes, and after awhile, our bus came, so we board and i told the driver (look so much like "gu huo zai") YMCA, then he ask me in cantonese izit waterloo street and i told him yes, haha... lucky i rem the street name

so the ride back was like around 30mins, the journey makes me & jin laugh alot, coz the bus don't stop at bus stop one, anyhow, anywhere, anyone can just flag the bus and jump up, we were both very surprise lor, lol

then the driver did tell us where to walk when we alight, it's nice of him =) fare is HKD18 each, abit ex but worth it

a very interesting experience to their local life =)
though the driver drives abit fast but they are very experienced lor...
its fun, i tink i would wana go back to this restaurant to eat if i visit HK the next time =D

thn got so tired easily, after lunch, went to buy some stuff thn head back home, si beh tired...

Great... my family doc remember my name.

i have been so sick so sick this week that i went to see my family doc for 3 times this week, started off with gastric flu, menses cramp and now asthma again =(
gt difficulty breathing this 2 nights, so i went company doc this morning, actually before i went to see doc, i had taken my asthma med, but ran out of med, so intend to go take med anyway, so doc did say my airway abit tight, gave me med and i ask for inhaler as well, asked him whether i can take both inhaler & oral med together, he said it's ok.

so i went back office took the asthma med, during lunch i felt giddy, breathless, hand shaking, heart beat very fast and no appetite liao, start to burp again, shit...
went back office told the ladies i wana go home see doc, so went to see my family doc, he said it's the side effects of the med, too strong for me already, he asked me why my co doc nvr gave me mc, i was like -__-"
so he told me to cut down the asthma med frm 2 to 1 and instead of 3 times a day to 1 or 2 times a day, told him i start to burp like gastic flu again, and he said it's the asthma med side effects, and since i just gt gastic flu, so it became more sensitive, and the med makes my throat dry also.
doc said i will have abit difficulty sleeping today also... haiz, just nw whn i nap, i already use a much longer time to get to sleep coz of my heart beating so fast
and he told me the inhaler & oral med cannot use both together, as it is same med and will be too strong, walau eh...

haiz... i hate the feeling of the giddyness, breathless, hand shaking & the fast heartbeat, i felt like i was going to die man...really scary lor thn duno izit h1n1 too ='( coz h1n1 also gt difficulty to breathe symptons, haiz.... a bad week for me....

before i left the clinic, i told the doc, i hope not to see you again... lol
pray i can get full recovery before the new week...

thn cannot go room, need to retake temp, so i ask for key to toilet, after 5 min retake temp, 37.4

duno why drop so fast lor... anyway glad can go up room liao, but totally spoil my holi mood lor =(

whn we open the door to our room, WALAU... freaking pathetic small lor... even smaller thn last yr htl lor...

Guess i won't be staying in this hotel the 2nd time...

coz they nvr refund me my deposit on the spot, whn i came back, i check my account, the deposit was pending, IDIOT...
